Conover's Bay Head Inn Policies

Three night minimums apply to holidays and busy season weekends.
Two night minimums apply to busy season weekdays and off-season weekends.

Check in time between 2 and 9pm. All later check-in by prior arrangement.
Check out time no later than 11:00am.
Confirmed Bookings - deposit of one-half your stay required.
Cancellation Policy - $25.00 bookkeeping charge. In order for deposit to be refunded, a full two-week notice is required to cancel or shorten your stay. On reservations longer than three days, a 30 day notice is required. With early departure, cancellation of any of the reserved dates with less than required notice, you will be charged for those nights we are not able to re-book.
No children or pets, please.
Reserved private parking, beach passes and our wonderful full breakfast.
Afternoon tea upon request.
A no smoking policy is observed inside the inn.
Gift Certificates available.
Complimentary railroad pickup.
